Wing & Commanders Meeting

Reminder about the Wing Staff and Squadron Commanders meeting on the first Saturday of the month from 1000-1200. All functional Areas and Commanders should update their slides as a means of sharing info with those unable to attend. We have also added a wing coordination schedule slide near the beginning of the slides for staff and commanders to add events that affect more than one squadron. Please feel free to add additional events (along with event POC if able) so that we can deconflict or capitalize on training and learning opportunities.

Out of respect for everyone's time, we ask that you not read your slides, but only highlight 2-3 key items (1. Items you need assistance with/key deadlines approaching, 2. Invitations to multi-squadron events, 3. Thanks/kudos to members for going above & beyond). Unless absolutely critical, each briefer should plan on speaking for not more than 2-3 minutes.
